by Magnus ver Magnusson on August 9, 2009

Witness the weekly LIFESOURCE TRANSFORMATION of Ron “Ox” Strahan!

After Week 1:

Week 2!

Week Three!

Week 7!

Need to Lose 50 Pounds or more FAST? magnus bess-tiff copy.jpg

The Solution is Lifesource! The Lifesource Model Body Perfection System was created in 1984 and used by bodybuilders, models and celebrities to get down to the lowest levels of body fat. Young or old – Lifesource is pure overkill for anyone who has an extra 20, 50, or 100 pounds to lose.

But what’s wrong with a little overkill, if it means getting an ageless rock hard body?

Lifesource results are dramatic and can strip off virtually every ounce of fat off anyone who follows it! Just talk to some of the people who made incredible transformations on this forum like Magnus Bess, Mark Reuer, or Sid Adam as well as the other success stories on Lifesource Success Stories.

Also be sure to view Ron “Ox” Strahan’s Lifesource transformation displayed above!

I WILL ALSO TESTIFY TO THE LIFESOURCE MODEL BODY DIET. AT FIRST I WASN’T SURE. I SET MY MIND TO IT AND BELIEVE ME I HAD SOME STRUGGLES ALONG THE WAY. IT WILL WORK FOR ANYONE WHO HAS THE DESIRE TO LOSE WIEGHT. I’LL BE HONEST, I HAVE PUT SOME BACK ON. I’VE HAD SOME STRESS FROM MY FATHER PASSING AWAY A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND I ATE WHATEVER AND DIDN’T CARE. I LOST FOCUS AND I’M NOW REFOCUSED. I’M USING LIFESOURCE TO GET BACK TO COMPETITION WIEGHT. SO FAR I’VE DROPPED 6 POUNDS OF WHAT I GAINED BACK AND AM GETTING STRONGER. FLAT OUT, LIFESOURCE WORKS. HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS.

I don’t know how I ended up receiving the two flyers; one for Lifesource, the other for GH1000, but I do remember having no doubts about ordering the product. It was over five years ago…? I wrote Coach Craig and asked for a program, he hooked me up the Model Body Program link, as well as the Iron Cycle link, which I printed out at the time and now keep under lock and key.

I’m on a few bodybuilding forums and I’ve often been criticized as having had dropped too much weight too quickly and people tell me things like, “Crash-cutting really isn’t safe.” Hogwash! Towards the end of my transformation I was given a medical evaluation by the military (I’m a member of the Air National Guard) and came out healthier than a horse!

There was a more significant change as well. About two weeks into my transformation, in 2007, I had an annual fitness test, which I failed miserably at. My six year enlistment was almost up and I need to pass if I wanted to stay in the military. I returned to my Guard unit five weeks after failing and passed the test with flying colors. My mile and a half run had dropped from 14:59 to 10:21, my push-ups increased from 48 to 61 and my crunches increased from 50 to 61. Not bad considering I took the test at 246lbs, down from 283.5lbs @ 30% body fat. I ended the 16 week miracle transformation at 218lbs @ 14% body fat.

The day after the test I singed another enlistment contract with the Guard. If I would have failed the second test I probably could have faked sick, got a waiver and re-enlisted with a cloud of shame over my head. Thanks to Coach Craig I can say I proudly raised my hand and swore another six years of my life.

Since then I’ve experimented with Coach Craig’s Iron Cycle Diet and I think it’s the most powerful eating scheme I’ve ever tried or heard of! I blindly jumped into it based on the success I experienced with Lifesource and read the literature on it afterwards, sort of like, ‘Shoot first, interrogate later.’ The month I tried it I was seeing a girl and the weekly changes blew her mind!

Currently, I’ve been prepping for another annual fitness test which will either take place in July on August, I have no fears going into this one. Funny, I thought the Air Force’s mission was to fly, fight and win, why they judge us on how well we can run is beyond me, sorry, just my bitch for the day.

I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to ordering the GH1000 and getting back on the Iron Cycle Diet after the fitness test is completed. I’m not sure if I’ll ever compete in a bodybuilding contest, I’ve had to sideline some plans already because of my military commitment.

One thin’s for sure, I often stop and thank the ‘forces at be’ for having been blessed with such a powerful system and great support from Iron Warriors like Coach Craig. True I never should have let myself go in the first place, but Coach has helped me live down a lot of mistakes and slay some perosnal demons!

But enough of getting teary-eyed, I hear the iron calling my name!

Hi my name is che. I’m getting ready to start the lifesource program. I ordered the GH 1000 and Lifesource drinks. Coach craig emailed me the lifesource information booklet. I read it. I understand the diet. I’m kinda confused about what supplements i need for the program. It mentioned themogenic formula, herbal appitite suppressants and vitamins. What do i do i actually need to do this correctly and get the best results. I’m 5′ll 270lbs right now. If i could get down to 200 i would be ripped.

Mr OX. I know how it is being in the military. I used to be in the navy. I know about the whole fitness standards thing. At 320lbs i ran a mile and half in 11:30. I was proud of myself for being able to do that but every one around me kept harrasing be for being over weight and put me on one of there manditory fitness programs. I was pretty mad. I outran half the ship including guys who were litterally half my size.

That run time is no joke! It also looks like you’re down about 50 pounds since then. Well done, you should be proud.

I bet you’d be ripped at 220. If you’ve read and understand the booklet, you’re well on your way to results. The most important compound of the system is, of course, the lifesource itself. I’m also a fan of Iron Curtain Labs’s Ripped Now.

If you can get your hands on those two products and follow the system to a T you’ll be seeing weight loss on a daily basis and noticeable changes in the mirror on a weekly basis.

I’m a few days out from getting back on the program myself. Good luck Che, be sure to come back to post your progress and success story!

Wow. I’m sure if i’m reading the scale correctly but i think i lost 20lbs in one day. I didn’t think that was possible without being on fire. First morning i had a couple scoops of the lifesource shake. And then i took the GH1000 and the whole day i had this crazy energy. I was in the gym all day. I was feeling so good i didn’t want to leave. Second day i stuck to the diet. I was doing good buy then towards the end of the day i had this voilent hunger that i couldn’t fight off and ended up eating five cans of tuna. I’m on day three now. I have a strong feeling that this is what i’ve been waitng my whole life for. I’m getting jacked and my arms are already starting to look cut. The last two days were saturday and sunday and i didn’t have to work so i didn’t have anything else to do. In order to keep this up during the week i think i’m going to need some extra energy. I work 40 plus hours a week. One of complaints i’ve always had is that i haven’t been able to stay in shap ever since i left home and started working full time. I just bought a digital camera and i’m taking pictures. I think i might actually go back in one day. What is ripped now? What else have you used other that lifesource and GH1000?
