As I was looking at the comparison, I have to say I have always been an admirer or Lou Ferrigno and Arnald Schwartzenegger how ever in my opinion when looking at side by sides Ronnie is more balanced. Ronnies legs are more proportioned to his body where Arnalds legs are under sized for his body.

And I have to agree with Coach, Sid has got to be one of the most impressive changes I have seen. I can only hope to make as impressive changes as Sid, thanks for the inspiration Sid. By the way, good luck with your cotest Sid.

I am going to have to say Arnold wins–he has the better physique, he is more defined than Ronnie is.

COMPARING THESE TWO GREATS IS HARD. ARNOLD CAME FROM A DIFFERENT ERA. ARNOLD, AT THE TIME WAS WAY AHEAD. IF YOU WOULD PUT THE TWO TOGETHER ON EQUAL TRAINING & ETC., ARNOLD WOULD WIN. ARNOLD WAS A MASTER AT THE MIND GAME. I REMEMBER WATCHING “PUMPING IRON”. HE GOT IN LOU FERRIGNO’S HEAD AND BEAT HIM THAT WAY.
